September 18, Boston, USA. Dr Mahesh Maskey from Nepal received one of the highest honored awards from Boston University.  In a special luncheon offered in the campus by the university on the occasion of its annual alumni awards on September 16, 2017.

Dr Maskey was honored with this award for his outstanding contribution in international health and human rights activism. The award was also shown live from university website during the ceremony process.

Boston University School of Public Health has tweeted in its several statuses with pictures regarding the award.

Dr Maskey who is also Nepal’s former ambassador to China and founding chairperson of Nepal Public Health Foundation (NPHF) is a PhD in perinatal epidemiology from Boston University, School of Public Health.
