Make Personal protective equipments available immediately, says medical association

Nepal Medical Association has demanded that the government come up with concrete and effective decisions to prevent coronavirus spread in the country. Issuing a press release today the association has said that it has been already late that the government come up with its concrete plans.
The association has requested the health organisations maintain internal guidelines on safety of the medical practitioners working in various health institutions all across the country. "The health workers are in first contact with persons infected with coronavirus and it is necessary that the government provide advanced personal protective equipments and other equipments necessary for the doctors and medical practitioners immediately," states a press release issued by the association.
