Prime minister KP Sharma oli has been discharged from the hospital today.
PM Oli had undergone his kidney transplantation at Tribhuvan university teaching hospital. The hospital has discharged him after his health was normal.
The doctors have advised him to avoid crowd and maintain personal hygiene.
A team of medical doctors had performed his second kidney transplant on March 4 at the hospital. PM Oli was admitted in the hospital on March 2.
After reaching his residence PM Oli tweeted, "I have returned to my residence after 12 days of hospital stay. I am thankful to the doctors who have transplanted my kidney. I also thank to all my well wishers in Nepal and abroad who wished for my health and speedy recovery."
