Kathmandu, December 9
Minister for Health and Population Bhanubhakta Dhakal said that the health employees’ complaints on employee adjustment will soon be addressed. 
Speaking amidst a press conference organised in the ministry today he said that alternative techniques will be used to address the complaints of the employees' adjustment. "From among the 7,000 complaints of the employees two to three alternatives will be used to solve the case," Minister Dhakal said.
He had said that the ministry will rethink about the adjustments which were impractical.
“The adjustment of 1,500 to 2,000 employees will be managed if the decision from the cabinet to adjust the employees without demoting them be done,” he said.
From among the 7,000 complaints 1,500 have already been adjusted. Adjustment of 1,000 employees is on the process. We can manage it by sending the employees willing to work in hilly and mountain areas. For those employees who can't be adjusted from the process a new pool post will be created.
Minister Dhakal requested all the employees to help in the process.
Minister Dhakal also said that the public will start feeling the changes in the work procedure of the ministry within three months.
