Actually, pelvic floor muscles are the same muscles involved in cutting off the flow of urine and to perform pelvic floor exercises, one need to lie or sit in a comfortable position without putting pressure on the perineum, which is the area between the anus and the genitals.
Similarly, tightening the muscles involved in cutting off the flow of urine, holding them as tight as possible for 5 seconds need to be done. The muscles should feel as though they are lifting up. There may also be a pressure sensation inside the body, near the muscles.
Experts suggest that releasing the muscles and resting for 5 seconds as well as repeating such process 10 times for one session might work. It is advised that people with premature ejaculation.
